    🐐 Crabbie Apple Moonshine Cocktails

    The flavour that inspired it all! Made with crabapples we grow right on the farm, this sweet-tart moonshine pays tribute to Grandpa Floyd’s legendary backyard brew that the neighbours bought by the quart jar. Sip over ice, mix with sparkling water, or stir into your favourite gin cocktail—this one’s got hometown charm in every pour.

    1. Summer Solstice

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Sour Crabbie Apple Moonshine

    • 1 oz Saskatoon Moonshine

    • 4 oz Club Soda

    • Juice of 1 Lime

    Preparation:
    Add Crabbie Apple Moonshine and Saskatoon Moonshine to a tumbler. Top with club soda and fresh lime juice. Garnish with an orange wheel.

    2. Crabapple Toddy

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Sour Crabbie Apple Moonshine

    • 4 oz hot Earl Grey tea

    • 1 tsp Honey

    • 1 oz Whisky (optional)

    • 2 Apple slices

    Preparation:
    Add honey to a mug and pour in freshly brewed Earl Grey tea. Stir in Crabbie Apple Moonshine and whisky. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.

    3. Crabappletini

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Sour Crabbie Apple Moonshine

    • 1 oz Crabbie Goat Vodka

    • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • 2 oz Apple Juice

    Preparation:
    Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a sprig of rosemary.

    4. Crabbie Cran Apple

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Sour Crabbie Apple Moonshine

    • 1 oz Crabbie Goat London Dry Gin

    • ½ Lime, juiced

    • 4 oz Club Soda

    • 2 oz Cranberry Juice

    Preparation:
    Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with cranberries, rosemary sprig, and a lemon wedge.

    5. Backyard Fizz 

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Sour Crabbie Apple Moonshine

    • 1 oz Aperol

    • 3 oz Sparkling Lemonade

    • Splash of Club Soda

    Preparation:
    Build in a wine glass over ice. Stir gently. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and fresh mint.

    6. Harvest Mule

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Sour Crabbie Apple Moonshine

    • ½ oz Lime Juice

    • 3 oz Ginger Beer

    • Dash of Angostura Bitters (optional)

    Preparation:
    Combine all ingredients over ice in a copper mug. Stir. Garnish with a thin apple slice and candied ginger.

    7. Crabbie Collins 

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Sour Crabbie Apple Moonshine

    • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

    • ½ oz Simple Syrup

    • 3 oz Soda Water

    Preparation:
    Shake moonshine, lemon, and syrup with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and crabapple skewer (or cherry if unavailable).
